Gift Shop FAQ's
When an order is entered into our system, a screen will appear with your order confirmation number. You will also receive an email listing the details of your order (items ordered, billing address, ship to address, etc).
Our online system is not currently configured to allow multiple ship-to addresses per order. Please place an order for every location to which you need the product shipped.
When we ship your order, we will send you an email listing the items that were shipped and the method by which they were shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.
Louisville Slugger does ship to APO addresses however you will have to fill out this (link to “Slugger Gifts Order Form”) order form and submit this back to webhelp@sluggermuseum.com as you cannot place this order through our online Gift Shop.
Standard production time for any bat not receiving custom artwork/ logo is 10 Business days.
These can cause out-of-synch conditions with the parent order entry system. Instead, use the buttons available on the web pages (Cart, Previous Category, etc.).
- Click the Cart button to Check Out and Log On to the order system. If you haven't placed an order with us before, you can register from the Checkout page or continue with your purchase as a guest. If you register as a guest, you will not have the ability to check the status of your order. You can also change the quantity of an item (Update) or delete an item from your cart.
- Payment method is by credit card, currently Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products. In the event of a pricing error on the site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such pricing errors.
